Agreement
By accessing or using DocNudge, you agree to these Terms. If you are using DocNudge on behalf of a firm, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
DocNudge provides tools to request, collect, and review client documents, including secure upload links and related workflows. Features and availability may change as we improve the product.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use DocNudge for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other workspaces, or client data
- Upload malware, abusive content, or material you do not have rights to process
- Reverse engineer or scrape the service except as permitted by law
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you enter and for obtaining any client consents required in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions & fees
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as we expressly agree in writing. You may cancel according to the billing flows in the product.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowable. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or risk to the service. You may stop using DocNudge at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
